She currently leads a team of 65+ associates to deliver on lead generation and lead nurturing strategies through paid, owned and earned channels (Web, SEO, Social, Reputation, Digital Paid Media, Sales Enablement, Creative & Content and Local Listings Management).​

Carrie has a proven track record in building, leading and mentoring large teams, is solutions-oriented with a passion to execute in a scalable and efficient way, and fosters an adaptable environment enabling her teams to be able to respond positively to change.
