KANSAS CITY, Missouri – GlynnDevins, a leading data, analytics and marketing technology firm, names Krystal Montague as its new chief transformation officer. Montague will oversee and support the company’s integration of acquisitions and new processes.

Montague brings nearly 20 years of operational and marketing experience to GlynnDevins. Most recently, she served as vice president of operations at Service Management Group (SMG), a global market research company based in Kansas City, Mo. Montague was instrumental in improving business productivity and profitability while supporting the transformation of strategic operations. Montague began her career with marketing roles at NPC International and Sullivan Higdon & Sink.
